We hear a lot of questions. Here are a few that we hear most often in regards to our invitations and process. If you don’t see your particular question listed, we’d be happy to answer it privately. Simply drop us a line and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
  Q: If I like parts of one invitation and pieces of another can we combine them?  
  A: Absolutely! Since most of the work is customizable, we can change any part of the invitation to fit your needs and style preference. Or, completely design something new just for you  
  Q: Can I change the colours?  
  A: Yes - you can either give us a general guide (ie purple) or send us a swatch to match (for example: material, a tear sheet from a magazine, even a paint colour chart) If you want a particular ribbon colour for the handmade wallets, please email us, as we may be able to source something suitable.  
  Q: Can I change the size?  
  A: Yes - please contact us for a quote as this will increase the cost of your order.  
  Q: Can I add other elements to my package?  
  A: Sure thing. Barnyard Creations can create any item to coordinate with your package. Some ideas of things we can create personalized designs for include but are in no way limited to the following:

  Q: How many should i order?  
  A: Order 1 for each name on your guest list and at least 10 extras, no matter how organized you are, you are bound to inadvertently leave a name or 2 off from the list; plus to over the mistake factors you may make like wrong names, plus you need some for keepsakes (for you, your parents, his parents, grandma, etc)  
  Q: When should i order?  

A: You need to order your invitations at least 3 months before the wedding date and send them out 6-8 weeks before the wedding to allow people time to reply. If your wedding is planned near Christmas or a public holiday you will need to send out your invitations earlier, so your guests have time to book hotels or rearrange their holiday schedules..

  If you would like to order your stationery in 2 stages, firstly the invitations and later items for the service and reception, just contact us and we'll be happy to do so. This will give you more time to finalize details such as menus and the Order of Service. Deciding on who to invite can be difficult - discuss the guest list with your groom and both sets of parents. It should reflect a balanced picture of both of your lives, but you will always be constrained by budget or size of venue, and it is almost  
  Q: What if i haven't order enough?  
  A:When you place your order you should take into consideration a few spares for mistakes and add-ons. Due to the minimum order restrictions, we cannot run off just a few more invitations.  
  Q: What do your prices include?  
  A: Each of our prices includes all printing, materials and assembly.  
  Q: I am having a very large wedding, can we get a discount?  
  A: Yes - we offer discounts for very large weddings that cater to more than 500 guests. Please contact us for further details

  Q: What are modes of payment?

If you prefer to pay with a personal check or money order, let us know - checks must clear the bank before we begin work on your project.

  Q: Do you provide delivery?  

A: Yes , we do.

  • Hand delivery : S$10-S$30
  • By Registered Post: S$12 onwards;
  • Self collection at our workshop
  • Free Delivery if the orders are above S$580

  Q: What is your return policy?  
  A: Due to the nature of our personalized products, there are no returns or refunds for custom work of any kind, tailored invitations, or stationery.
