FIRST STEPS  
 
If you are interested in having your own unique stationery designed please go to our Contact Us Page and fill in as many details as you can. We will contact you by telephone or email to talk over the information. Please specify a date and time that is convenient to you.
 
 
 
 
We prefer that you set up an appointment, that way we can give you our attention when we get together to talk over ideas, timelines and pricing.
 
 
 
 
During the consultation we try to get a feel for what is most important to you. What is the style of your event? Is there a particular color scheme you’re going for? Do you like a certain type of paper, invitation shape or size? Do you want something formal and traditional, or would you prefer something fun and romantic? When planning any event, selecting this overall tone or theme will help in all your decision-making. Our specialty is asking the questions that will help you pick theme, and then creating the perfect stationary for you! We can apply elements of your design to all of your stationery; save-the-date cards, ceremony programs, table cards, seating cards, menu cards, signage, thank-you notes, etc.
 
     
  THE NEXT STEP  
  If you do choose our services, we require a deposit before we begin to design and produce your mock-ups. However this deposit goes towards your final balance and is NOT a separate fee. Around two weeks after your initial consultation, it is best to come back in for a second appointment. There we will show you designs for a minimum of two proofs and a maximum of five. All information (wording, images, etc) must be provided to us during this second consultation, after which we will tweak the design to perfection. If a second or third round of proofs is needed we can provide this to you via email or fax, whichever is convenient for you.  
     
  THE FINAL STEP  
  Once we perfect the design and copy, we will send you a final round of proofs via email or fax (again, whichever is your preference). At this point you will need to carefully review all copy and design for any changes. When you are ready for approval, we will need a signed and dated copy of the final proof returned by email or fax to begin production on your personalized stationery. A final payment will also be required at this time. We accept cash or Inter banking transfer, Electronic Fund Transfer or Checks.
 
     
  Production can take from 2-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the job, quantity and the printing method you have selected. At the time of final approval we will schedule a pick-up or delivery date for your items
